I have a question regarding the programs mentioned in the portal. How can I get more information?
I'm already known in the system, but haven't signed up before. What can cause this?
  • Due to previous contact between you and Oost NL , you are registered in our CRM system. This makes you a known contact in the portal, even though you have not created an account before.
  • If you try to create an account, you can request an invitation code by clicking on the button shown.

I cannot create an account or log in?
  • Are you having trouble creating an Oost NL Portal account? Please send an email to service@oostnl.nl, with a description or a screenshot of the notification of the issue. If you’re having trouble logging in, try to reset your Password.

I forgot my password, how do I get a new password?
  • To receive a new password, click log in. You will see the text "forget your Password?" at the bottom of the screen. You can enter your email address to request a password reset.
